CBIC MR Physics Bootcamp

Originally taught in 2004 and 2005 as part of the CBIC introductory bootcamp lectures. While advanced sequence design has moved on since these talks were given, the basics remain the same. The bootcamp was divided into two sections covering MRI basics and sequence programming:

Basic Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Lecture 1 : Basic NMR

Lecture 2 : Basic MRI

Lecture 3 : MRI Contrast

Lecture 4 : Practical MRI

BE/CNS 248: Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Originally taught as a 9 unit graduate course at Caltech in Fall 2006 and Fall 2008. In depth course covering the underlying physics of magnetic resonance image formation and related topics.
